Bankers Business Management Services, Inc. has (4) full time openings to perform as Front Desk and Hall Roaming attendants. A typical work week will consist of 40 hours ( 3 days @ 7:00a - 7:00p - 36 hours) and (1 day @ 7:00a - 11:00a - 4 hours)   

These positions are scheduled to begin in early December and could extend to occasionally covering at other site locations in Maryland.

Position: Front Desk Security/Hall Rooming Attendants
Hours 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM  - 12 hour shifts 
Days: Monday - Sunday (7 days a week)
Location: 8210 Dixon Avenue, Silver Spring, MD 20910 

 

* Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational skills, must be articulate

* Must possess strong leadership skills and be extremely reliable

* Must maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times

* Monitor walking and/or sitting up to 12 hours per day

* Must be able to work effectively indoors during all weather conditions

 

 

 

* Must be at least 18 years of age or older as required by applicable law or contractual

   requirements

* Abiltiy to provide quality customer service

* Must be able to read, write and speak fluent English, bilingual a plus 

* High school diploma or GED, or at least 2 years of verifiable employment history

* Must possess a valid driver's license

* Ability to call for assistance and assist Police, Fire and EMS

* Ability to handle typical and deescalate crisis situations efficiently and effectively at assigned site

* Ability to communicate effectively for the purpose of public interaction with client 

* Authorized to work in the United States

* Abiity to pass a pre and post-employment drug screening
