(Bankers BMS) is currently seeking a Driver/Courier to drive an automobile or light truck to deliver messages, documents, packages, mail, and boxes to government and commercial agencies within the Washington, DC Metropolitan Area. 

Responsibilities Include:   Occasional transporting office personnel and visitors Picking up and delivering mail and packages to and from various locations; to include   obtaining receipts and/or signatures for articles delivered and keep a log of items received and delivered, and deliver items to offices and departments within an establishmentO·     Utilize the controlled mail tracking system as required

• Deliver items to offices and departments within an organizational establishment

• Other delivery services within the scope of work may be assigned as required 

 - High school diploma or equivalent

•  Able to read, write and speak English fluentl

•  Able to lift boxes weighing up to seventy-five (75) pound

• Minimum of one year experience performing Courier work

• Must possess (and provide) a valid driver's license issued by the DC, MD or VA and have a reliable car for transportation, proven good and safe driving record as established by the National Driver Register, or equivalent check.

Note: Applicants must be able to pass a background investigation prior to an offer of employment.
