Bankers Business Management Services, Inc. (Bankers BMS) has been awarded a Courier service contract with the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) to provide Bonded Passport and Visa Courier Service between IRS and Foreign Embassies within the DC area and/or the State Department Passport Agencies.
